ESANN 2025 preliminary announcement

ESANN 2025 will be held from Wednesday 23 to Friday 25 April 2025.

ESANN conferences have traditionally been held at the end of April each year until 2019.  From 2020, the conference has been moved to October due to the pandemic.  From 2025 we have decided to return to the original agenda in April.  As a consequence, this website will be fully functional for the 2025 conference end of October, after the end of ESANN 2024.  In the meantime, this provisional page contains the most important information about ESANN 2025.

Please do not submit a paper or register for the ESANN 2025 conference until the website for the 2025 conference is fully operational.

Important dates

Deadline for submissions: 20 November 2024

Notification of decisions: 24 January 2025

Conference: 23-25 April 2025

Venue: Bruges (Belgium), and online

Call for papers

The call for papers, author guidelines, submission format and publication ethics will remain the same as for ESANN 2024 (see links in the main menu).

Special sessions

Special sessions organized during ESANN 2025 are announced here.

Format of the conference

The format will remain the same as for ESANN 2024.  Accepted papers will be presented as talks or posters.  See https://www.esann.org/format for details.

Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must register before 15 February 2025.  Registration fees will be indexed by approximately 5% compared to the 2024 fees, according to the increase of costs (we will do our best to keep the price increase to a minimum).
