The Novotel hotel is situated close from Bruges station, and near to the centre of the town. It includes a restaurant, a bar/brasserie, and an outdoor swimming pool. The conference will be held in this hotel. There is a public parking under the hotel.

Prices include breakfast and service, and are only valid for rooms booked through this website. Rooms booked by contacting directly the hotel cannot benefit from these prices and/or conditions. Please check regularly on this Web site if rooms are still available in the Novotel hotel before sending your booking request. Rooms can only be confirmed upon receipt of booking form and deposit. Rooms must be booked at the latest one month before the first day of the conference, and are subject to availability.  

There are many other hotels of various standards in Bruges. The town of Bruges is quite small, and all hotels situated inside the town of Bruges are at walking distance from the conference location. Nevertheless, before booking one of these hotels, please check that it is situated inside the town of Bruges (not in Zeebrugge, which is another town).
